Ron Hubble has been involved in the miniatures
industry for almost twenty years creating some of the most elaborate
miniature structures in the world. Most of these structures are
on display in museums in the United States, Europe and Taiwan.
Ron has also created numerous smaller room boxes for private collectors
world wide.
Beginning with the creation of individual pieces of furniture and sculpture for miniature shops around the country, Ron's work was discovered by Carole Kaye of the Museum of Miniatures in Los Angeles, California. Carole had commissioned Ron to create a miniature
museum to go inside of her Museum of Miniatures. This work is now in the collection of the Naples Museum of Fine Art in Naples, Florida.
It was at the Museum of Miniatures where Mrs. and Mr. Wenjin Lin of Taiwan discovered Ron's work and began a series of commissions for their museum in Taiwan. This work went on for many years.
Ron now spends most of his time creating individual pieces of original furniture for his retail line and teaches classes in the United States and Europe.
To this day, Ron's work continues to be featured in world publications. Listed below is an up to date bibliography of these major articles:
